家種乳酪





很久沒有做乳酪了,要不是有天跟小華談到乳酪機的問題,

在減價時買的乳酪粉會一直的睡在架上,直到天長地久…

我沒有乳酪機,自從廚房的鍋具塞滿了櫃後,我很乖的沒有再亂買工具回家。
更何況,種菌的原因很簡單,便是用40-50度左右的水溫讓乳酪菌快高長大,
用真空煲養十多小時,成功率都不錯。
