After a coffee & cat gathering,
I need to improve my espresso skill and start to record data again.
Bean: PAMANA Carmen Estate (roast for two week :P)
Weight: 18.1g
Time : 1m14s (40cc)
Tempurature : 1.1bar (Start pt.)
Pressure : 9.5 bar
Result:
- Light temp only
- Espresso : didn't taste
- Latte : richer coffee favour, sweet taste
- Milk Foam : better milk foam than before
